How long will it take for my order to ship?
Standard orders typically process within 1-2 business days. If you have selected a personalized or engraved item, please allow an additional 3-5 business days for craftsmanship before shipping.
What is your return policy for religious items?
We offer a 30-day return policy for most items in their original, unused condition. Please note that personalized items, opened media, and clearance products are non-returnable unless defective.
Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, we ship to many countries worldwide. Shipping costs and delivery timelines are calculated at checkout based on the destination and weight of your package.
Can I have an item blessed before it is shipped?
According to Canon Law, the sale of blessed objects is prohibited (simony). Therefore, we sell all items unblessed so that you may take them to your local priest for a blessing.
How can I track the status of my order?
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number. You can also view your order status by logging into your account on our website.
