A baroque style design on the bottom of the cup that flows down the stem to the base makes this chalice visually intriguing. A large node on the stem makes the cup easy to hold onto and lift. The chalice is sacred vessel used to hold the wine/precious blood. Accompanying paten holds the host/Holy Eucharist and makes a set.
