This expressive & moving image of the Nativity is presented in rich colors and traditional style, exquisitely framed in gold, for a timeless elegance that compliments any style of décor. 

It was painted by Peter Paul Rubens in 1617. In it, the eldest of the Three Kings kneels and kisses the foot of the Christ Child with a tender gesture, as the Child, standing on a straw-strewn table, where he is presented by Our Lady, touches the head of the king in a gesture of benediction. 

In a moment of striking tenderness & awe, we see the King of Heaven blessing a king of the world. The image reminds us of the majesty and glory of our great King, even as a tiny babe.
