At The Catholic Company, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely happy, you may return most items in their original condition within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and billing zip code to locate your purchase and select the items you wish to return.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags and instructional materials are included to prevent damage during transit.

  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal and affix it to the outside of your package, covering any previous shipping marks.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking number handy; once received, we will process your refund or exchange within 7-10 business days.
